Our customer service team will review your claim, and if approved, we will provide you with a replacement product free of charge.

Please note that customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Once we receive your return, kindly allow 3-5 business days for a refund to be processed. Please note that we will not accept unauthorized returns or items that are washed, worn, or damaged, and such items will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We understand the importance of providing quality products to our customers, and as such, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, kindly send us an email at support@honizy.com. Our customer service team will assess your claim, and if approved, we will provide you with a return address to send the item back to us.
Gifts
If you received the item as a gift and it was marked as such when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate by mail. However, if the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping
Once your claim is approved, we will send you the return address, and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. For items with a value over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
